What is an Update? - an update is a release within a version cycle. We are currently on the
Version 4 cycle. Going from version 4.0 to 4.1 is an update. Updates are free.

Finding your version number - in the LL program, click the Help menu and choose "About Shape
Shifting Light Software...". Enter your version number in the comments section.
Current release: 4.0.51
The page is for updating your version 4 software to the latest release. Updating your version 4
assumes you already have version 4. If you don't currently have version 4 of the LL software and
would like to purchase it or upgrade your software to version 4, go to the Request Software page.
