Your computer and / or your internet
service provider, in protecting you from
viruses, spam and other malware, may
sometimes block legitimate email from
getting to you. We receive your emails but
you are not receiving our replies.

If you contact us and do not receive an
answer here are some of the things you
can do.

1. Add our email address to your contact
list in your email program.

2. If your email software has a spam folder,
check to see if our emails to you are there.

3. Add our email address to your email
white list, the opposite of a black list.

4. Contact your internet service provider
and see if they are blocking our email.

After doing one or more of the above, send
us a test email and we will reply to it.
